Offline data

Your settings, offline name and avatar, XP and paused offline games live only on your phone. Uninstall the app, or clear its storage in Android Settings → Apps → Ludo Masti → Storage, to remove them.

Online account and game data

To delete your online account, coins, stats and match history:

  1. Open Ludo Masti and note your in-game name (shown at the top of the home screen).
  2. Email mail@digitalindia.support with the subject "Delete my Ludo Masti data" and include your in-game name.
  3. We may ask you to confirm from the app so we delete the right account.

We delete your account ID, display name, coin balance and history, stats and device record within 30 days. Match records that also involve other players are anonymised (your name is removed). Rewarded-ad transaction records are kept without your account ID, only for fraud prevention.

Data held by Google AdMob for advertising is controlled by Google. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.

ऑफ़लाइन डेटा

आपकी सेटिंग्स, ऑफ़लाइन नाम और अवतार, XP और रुके हुए ऑफ़लाइन गेम सिर्फ़ आपके फ़ोन में रहते हैं। इन्हें हटाने के लिए ऐप अनइंस्टॉल करें, या Android सेटिंग्स → Apps → Ludo Masti → Storage में जाकर डेटा साफ़ करें।

ऑनलाइन अकाउंट और गेम डेटा

अपना ऑनलाइन अकाउंट, सिक्के, आँकड़े और मैच हिस्ट्री डिलीट करवाने के लिए:

  1. लूडो मस्ती खोलें और अपना गेम वाला नाम देख लें (होम स्क्रीन पर सबसे ऊपर)।
  2. mail@digitalindia.support पर "Delete my Ludo Masti data" विषय के साथ ईमेल भेजें और अपना गेम वाला नाम लिखें।
  3. सही अकाउंट डिलीट हो, इसके लिए हम आपसे ऐप से पुष्टि करने को कह सकते हैं।

हम 30 दिनों के अंदर आपका अकाउंट ID, नाम, सिक्के और उनकी हिस्ट्री, आँकड़े और डिवाइस रिकॉर्ड डिलीट कर देते हैं। जिन मैचों में दूसरे खिलाड़ी भी थे, उनसे आपका नाम हटा दिया जाता है। विज्ञापन इनाम के रिकॉर्ड सिर्फ़ धोखाधड़ी रोकने के लिए, आपके अकाउंट ID के बिना रखे जाते हैं।

विज्ञापन के लिए Google AdMob के पास जो डेटा है, वो Google के नियंत्रण में है। आप Android सेटिंग्स → Privacy → Ads में अपना विज्ञापन ID रीसेट या डिलीट कर सकते हैं।
